Don't be fooled. Inside this thin coating of sweetness is a fiery core of total insanity.

Random Friday Back Garden

Here's another random set of Friday shots, from my back garden.

Ribes speciosum

Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow'

Euphorbia 'Ruby Glow'

Erythronium 'Pagoda'

Trillium ovatum

Dodecatheon meadia

Brunnera macrophylla 'Jack Frost'

  1. So pretty and delicate... Happy spring!

  2. Lovely cheerful blooms Alison.

  3. Your photos are wonderful, Alison! I can't say I've ever gotten a photo of Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow' that good. I even liked the Trillium with the somewhat sinister white spider.

  4. Don't you just love all the tiny flowers of spring, the ones you really have to look for.

  5. Such lovely little treasures, little ones are so precious.

  6. Oh I love Dodecatheon meadia and epimedium. Wonderful spring blooms!

  7. Some real choice blooms Alison. I love the epimedium. Do you still have the label for it, love to know the name?

  8. So sweet. Love the trillium shot with the white spider! My Dodecatheon meadia aren't blooming yet this year. Perhaps they should see how pretty yours look!

  9. So many pretties. LOVE that Epimedium!

Gardening is a solitary activity. But blogging about it is a social phenomenon! I don't make money from my blog by advertising, or use it to drive customers to a business. If you liked my post, or my writing or photography, or even just one picture or turn of phrase, I'd love to hear from you. That's how I get paid.
